Companies that receive data when you use Inspire Generosity or this website. Location is stated only where this repository or the vendor's own documentation makes it knowable. A region that is not set in our code is not guessed.
Purpose. Sign-in, organizations, sessions, and billing screens (Clerk Billing).
Receives. Name, email, password (we do not see it), a phone number, if you add one, session data, organization membership, and subscription status. The phone number is optional and is not a sign-in method. Clerk sends the text-message code. The app stores a copy of name and email in our database after the first sign-in. It does not copy the phone number.
Location. Clerk is a United States company. This repository does not choose a Clerk data region.
Purpose. Card payments, through Clerk Billing. There is no separate Stripe webhook in this application.
Receives. Card numbers and billing details entered in Stripe's payment form. Those values are not sent to our Worker. Billing events we store can include Stripe customer and subscription ids.
Location. Stripe is a United States company and states that it is a PCI DSS Level 1 service provider.
Purpose. Hosting (Workers), the database (D1, copywriter-db), voice-document text (R2, copywriter-docs), a bound and unused KV namespace (SESSIONS), a job queue, and request logs (Workers observability is on).
Receives. Application data stored in D1 and R2, and the network request that reaches the Worker.
Location. Cloudflare's network is global. This repository does not set a D1 jurisdiction, so a database region is not stated here. Cloudflare's documentation says D1 and R2 encrypt stored data. We do not add a separate encryption layer.
Purpose. Drafting copy, and extracting text from PDFs and fetched web pages. The code default and the database seed for the writing model is Claude Sonnet 4.5 (claude-sonnet-4-5). Utility extraction uses Claude Haiku (claude-haiku-4-5) and does not follow the admin model switch.
Receives. The generation prompt: saved organization profile, audiences, writing examples, and when those features are enabled, voice samples, A/B notes, and research summaries; plus the instructions for that piece and any donor name, gift history, or spreadsheet fields you entered. PDF bytes or fetched page text for extraction.
Web search. Claude requests can include Anthropic's web_search tool. The model decides whether to use it. Anthropic's published subprocessor for that tool is Brave Search. We do not call Brave ourselves and we do not hold a Brave API key.
Location and retention. Anthropic is a United States company. Its API terms say customer content is not used to train its models. This repository does not enable a zero-data-retention agreement. How long Anthropic keeps a prompt is their policy.
Purpose. An optional writing model (Grok 4.5, grok-4.5). It is used only when a platform administrator selects it and an xAI API key is set. It is not the code default. The live selection is a database row, so this page cannot say whether production is on Grok.
Receives. The same kind of prompt described for Anthropic, if Grok is the active writing model. Requests are sent to api.x.ai with store: false. Web search is not attached to Grok requests. PDF and URL extraction stay on Anthropic even if the writing model is Grok.
Location and retention. xAI is a United States company. Its API terms say customer content is not used to train its models without permission. This repository does not enable a zero-data-retention agreement. If Grok is selected, prompts that include donor names are sent to xAI under those terms.
Purpose. Transactional email from the application: Mission Partner notices, welcome email, and a weekly usage summary to the operator. Sign-in and organization-invite email is sent by Clerk, not Resend.
Receives. The recipient address and the email body. The usage summary includes organization names and generation counts. The from-address in code is hello@mail.inspiregenerosity.today, reply-to info@inspiregenerosity.today. The code calls api.resend.com and does not set a region.
Location. Resend is a United States company. A region is not set in this repository.
Analytics. The marketing pages and the application load Google Analytics 4, measurement ID G-E6RQEM3MHR. The app sends events such as trial start. Google can set cookies and receives page and event data.
Ads. Marketing pages also load a Google Ads tag, AW-18434608718. The application does not load that tag.
Fonts. Marketing pages load fonts from fonts.googleapis.com. The browser's request to Google includes the visitor's IP address. The application does not load Google Fonts.
Sign-in. Google OAuth is one of the Clerk sign-in methods. Google receives the sign-in if you choose it.
Mail. info@ and security@ are Google Workspace addresses. Email you send there is stored in that mailbox. The application does not send customer content to Google Workspace except that Resend's reply-to is info@.
Location. Google is a United States company.
Purpose. Not called by our code. When a Claude model uses Anthropic's web search tool, Anthropic sends the search query to Brave Search, which Anthropic lists as its subprocessor for that tool.
Receives. The search query the model makes, which can reflect names or topics in your prompt. We do not receive Brave's logs.
Location. Brave is a United States company. We do not have a direct contract or a region setting with Brave.
Purpose. Private source repository and the deploy pipeline. Customer content is not written to GitHub by the application.
Receives. Source code, including this vendor list. Not organization profiles or copy history.
This list matches the code in the repository. It is updated when that code changes. We do not promise to email customers before a vendor is added. The Privacy Policy and Security page link here.
Email info@ and we will answer from this list, including when the answer is that we do not know a region.
