How does the 14-day trial work?
Base is $69/month and Pro is $99/month. Each has a 14-day trial. A card is required. Nothing is charged until the trial ends. Mission Partner is $1/month, renews until you cancel, and has no trial.
What happens if I cancel?
You keep full access through the end of whatever period you've already paid for — no partial months, no immediate cutoff. Cancel anytime and it simply won't renew.
Is pricing per user or per organization?
Per organization. Each organization includes room for up to 3 people, invited by email at no extra cost. Need more people working in the same place? Add another organization — every organization is billed separately, so you only pay for what you're actually using.
Can I run multiple organizations, like an agency?
Yes — each organization you create has its own independent subscription, profile, billing, and room for up to 3 people. Reach out if you need to raise the number of organizations you can create on one account.
Can I switch between Base and Pro later?
Yes, upgrade or downgrade an organization's plan anytime from within the app.
What does Enterprise Customization include?
There is no separate enterprise product in the app. Base and Pro are what is built. Personalized batches are limited to 100 rows, and there is no CRM connection. Email us if you need something those plans do not do.
