FAQ

Common questions, answered plainly.

How a draft is built, how this differs from a generic chatbot, and what Inspire Generosity actually is.

How do I write fundraising copy that raises more?
Start with the donor as the hero, not your organization. Give a specific person, a specific dollar amount, and a specific outcome that gift produces. Inspire Generosity puts donor-as-hero framing and a specific ask in the prompt, then adds the organization profile you saved. This site does not publish gift or revenue statistics. A draft still needs a person to review it.
What's the difference between Inspire Generosity and a generic AI chatbot?
A generic chatbot does not keep your organization profile between sessions. Inspire Generosity stores the profile, audiences, and the writing examples you save, and includes them in the prompt. Author voices, A/B notes, and market research are included when those Pro features are on. Generating more copy does not by itself change later drafts, and one organization's content is not used to draft for another. See how saved inputs are used or the comparison.
What is Inspire Generosity?
Inspire Generosity drafts appeal letters, email campaigns, proposals, thank-you letters, event invitations, social posts, and year-end asks from an organization's saved profile. The prompts include donor-as-hero framing and a specific ask. Every draft is a starting point produced by AI and requires human review before use — see Terms, §7. Mission Partner is $1/month and renews until you cancel. Base is $69/month ($690/year). Pro is $99/month ($990/year) — see Pricing.
Should I hire a fundraising copywriter or use Inspire Generosity?
It depends on the piece. A specialist copywriter brings strategic judgment to a major campaign or capital ask; Inspire Generosity is built for the routine, high-volume copy a development team writes every week. Many teams use both — see the full cost, speed, and fit comparison.
Can I turn on multi-factor authentication?
You can turn on two-step verification with a text-message code, with backup codes, from Account & security in the app. You can also add a passkey and sign in with it. Both are optional, and sign-in doesn't require them.
